What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and we also accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and FSA/HSA.

 

Do you take walk-ins?

We welcome walk-ins when an optician is available in the office. However, since we may be out servicing client accounts or networking within the community, it’s best to call or text us before your visit, or schedule an appointment through our website.

 

Do you accept vision insurance?

We do not accept any form of eyewear insurance. However, we strive to keep our pricing for lenses and complete pairs of eyeglasses competitive, often offering prices that may be lower than what you'd pay using vision insurance.

Can you replace the lenses in my own frame?

We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your frame during the fabrication process.  We are not able to put Rx lenses into any frame that is not designed to accept prescription lenses, and if we find that your frame is non-Rxable, or is not in good enough condition, we will let you know. 

How long will my order take?

The processing time can take a week or so.

Flex Spending? HSA?

We've got you covered.

Use it, don’t lose it! Eyewear Fix gladly accepts FSA and HSA cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. We will even provide you with an itemized receipt.

 

FSA and HSA cards cover any prescription eyewear purchase including prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses.

If you have some extra money set aside, use your flexible spending to get the prescription glasses you love!

Remember, if you don’t use your flex dollars you lose them!
